Terms of Use

These Terms of Use set out the conditions for using Tripfy ("the App"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

The App provides AI-powered extraction of booking information and itinerary management. The accuracy of AI extraction results is not guaranteed. Always verify important information such as flight times and booking references against the official confirmation from your booking provider.

2. Free Plan and AI Usage Limits

• On the free plan, AI features are available within a monthly allowance (booking imports: 5 per month, AI day plans: 1 per month, AI packing lists: 1 per month). The allowance resets at the beginning of each month.
• Tripfy Pro (paid plan) removes the monthly allowance. A daily fair-use cap applies to maintain service quality.
• All non-AI features — creating and editing trips, the timeline, the map, checklists and more — are free for everyone.

3. Tripfy Pro (Subscription)

• Pricing: Monthly plan and yearly plan (prices are shown in the App and on the App Store for your region). The yearly plan includes a 7-day free trial.
• After the free trial ends, the yearly subscription begins automatically.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your Apple ID account is charged within 24 hours of renewal.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your App Store account settings (Subscriptions). Deleting the App does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are governed by Apple's policies.
• Prices may change in the future. We will provide notice before any change takes effect.

4. Email Forwarding Import

• Email forwarding import is available to Tripfy Pro subscribers only.
• Your dedicated forwarding address may be used only to import booking confirmations you have received yourself.
• Bulk sending, spam, and forwarding third parties' emails without permission are prohibited. We may suspend the feature if misuse is detected.

5. Prohibited Conduct

• Reverse engineering the App
• Unauthorized access to our servers or misuse of our APIs
• Using the App for unlawful activities

6. Disclaimer

The developer accepts no liability for any damages arising from errors in AI extraction results, day plans or packing lists (including missed flights or booking mismatches). Always perform a final check of your itinerary yourself.

7. Changes to or Suspension of the Service

The developer may change or discontinue the service without prior notice, and accepts no liability for damages resulting from such changes.

8. Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised without notice. Continued use of the App after a revision constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
