This Privacy Policy describes how Tripfy ("the App") handles personal information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

3. Sharing with Third Parties (AI Processing)

We do not share personal information with third parties except as required by law. However, to extract booking information and generate plans and packing lists, the App sends the following data to Anthropic (Claude API), an AI processing service:

This data is used solely for AI processing. It is not used to train AI models and is not retained after processing. Anthropic provides a level of data protection equivalent to ours. For details, please see Anthropic's Privacy Policy.

The first time you use these AI features, the App clearly discloses what is sent and to whom, and obtains your consent before sending. If you do not consent, no data is sent.

4. Data Storage

Your itineraries, original documents (emails, PDFs, images) and packing lists are stored only on your device and in your own iCloud. The developer cannot access your itinerary data. Only data imported via email forwarding is stored temporarily on our server for handoff, and is deleted after import into the App or within 60 days at most.

5. Data Deletion

Deleting a trip in the App removes it from both your device and iCloud. Deleting the App itself erases all data stored on your device.

6. Purchases and Payments

Purchases of Tripfy Pro (subscription) are processed through Apple's App Store. The developer never receives or stores payment information such as credit card numbers.
